PHNX CENTER is a new kind of lifestyle, fitness and business destination in the heart of the Garraf area, located between Vilanova i la Geltrú and Sant Pere de Ribes, just minutes from Sitges.

Created around one simple idea — WORK. TRAIN. RECOVER. CONNECT. — PHNX CENTER brings fitness, martial arts, wellness, work, food and community together under one roof.

Our aim is to create a place that becomes part of your day, not simply somewhere you visit for an hour.

PHNX CENTER is built around eight complementary experiences:

PHNX GYM
A fully equipped training environment for strength, conditioning, cardio and functional fitness, designed for everyone from beginners to experienced athletes.

PHNX MMA and BJJ
A dedicated martial arts facility for boxing, kickboxing, MMA and BJJ and other combat disciplines, with professional training areas and an MMA and BJJ cage.

PHNX MOVE
Purpose-built studios offering a varied programme of instructor-led fitness and lifestyle classes, including Pilates, yoga, conditioning and group training.

PHNX DANCE
A social and energetic programme of dance classes and events, including Salsa, Bachata and other dance experiences.

PHNX RECOVER
A space dedicated to recovery and wellbeing, with spa facilities, sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, massage and treatment services.

PHNX WORK
Flexible coworking, private offices, meeting and conference spaces designed for entrepreneurs, professionals, freelancers and growing businesses.

PHNX CAFÉ
The social heart of PHNX — a relaxed place to eat, drink, work, meet friends or simply spend time before and after training.
